Surveying Employees
Our team at Emergent built survey software to help Steelcase serve their office furniture customers better across the globe. I designed and tested form controls to ensure ease of use and speed for users taking time out of their workday to answer a survey.
Analyzing Survey Results
We built a back-end tool for administrators to create new surveys & analyze the results. The custom survey tool allows complete control over question types and data collected. Steelcase customers can see how they stack up against other customers globally and identify ways to improve employee satisfaction with Steelcase products.
Advanced Results Analysis
The Highcharts JS library was integrated and customized to help visualize data. I designed advanced filtering options, mocked-up using Sketch, to compare department and regional data.
